Choccy Bites was first started by Richard Halgoon in 1958 when he inherited he's father's abattoir in Avalon, Sydneys Northern Beaches.

These chocolates have evolved to become a regular

feature of our gourmet range. The Choccy Bites shop remains a family owned and operated business with a bright future for generations to come.

Rex has a passion for culinary innovation. Rex has been cooking all he's life and we're so lucky to have him running our kitchen. Rex's unique cooking style is what makes our chocolate some of the finest chocolate in the world.

Max has been working side by side with Alex for over 10 years now. Max is passionate about the chocolate making industry. Max has over 10 years of business experience and we would not be able to function as a business without him.
